LEED® Commercial Interiors Registered
Portland, OR  The
project consists of first floor tenant improvement
renovation and partial basement remodel of this
three-story historic building. The first floor
(9,000 SF) and basement (3,000 SF) are being
remodeled into offices for SERA Architects.
This project will be registered in the LEED
for Commercial Interiors (LEED-CI) program.
Interface is providing design-build performance
specifications for mechanical (HVAC), plumbing,
electrical, lighting, and low voltage/technology
systems.
