LEED® Silver Goal
Salem, OR This conference
center (and associated 200-room hotel) includes
a 300-car underground parking garage, meeting
rooms, ballrooms, lobbies, support areas and
a full kitchen. Interface provided mechanical
and electrical design including plumbing, lighting,
power and HVAC, as well as performance specifications
for fire alarm and fire sprinklers. To assist
in gaining LEED® certification, Interface conducted
an energy study, daylighting modeling and a
natural ventilation study.
