Cornerstone Condominiums
Portland, OR
Interface provided full mechanical, electrical,
and plumbing design services for this 50 unit
condominium complex. The project consisted
of a six-story mixed use building, including:
approximately 2,500 SF basement storage with
laundry and utility areas; approximately 6,000
SF retail and core/lobby areas on first floor;
five floors of condominiums ranging from 303
SF to 530 SF with average approximately 500
SF per unit. This project included construction
of five floors of wood over a concrete parking
structure. Interface designed a stormwater
treatment system and high efficiency central
water heating to help reduce cost.
